When selling mainly properties, you can choose to pre-inspect the house. You can also inspect appartements but it is not as common, it is up to the seller to make the decision whether to inspect their home or not. There are many benefits to inspecting your home. You get a protocol for the speculators to be able to access. As a speculator, it is usually nice to have a basis that tells how the house is kept/ maintained, you can also get good advice from the inspector.

Energy declaration
When selling properties, there must be an energy declaration to the house that is made within 10 years. The energy declaration is a document that includes information on how much energy is used in a house. The energy declaration is for those who are going to buy or rent a home. The energy declaration can then be used to compare different houses with each other.
