Almogía is a lovely town and municipality in the province of Málaga. It is situated approximately 25 km from the city of Málaga, has a population of approximately 4,300 residents and has an economy based on the cultivation of almonds and olives. The scenery is breath-taking and there are plenty or areas for walking, cycling and horse riding.
Within the town there are shops, a chemist, primary and secondary school and a variety of bars and restaurants. A local market is held every Tuesday.
Almogía is famous for a distinctive form of Spanish folklore called “Verdiales” and competitions are held in the month of December where bands compete.
This lovely country property is located just off the main road before you get to the town with a solid driveway and main gates to the 6,572 m2 of full fenced land. There is ample parking, fenced kennels and on a lower lever there is an ample paddock with 4 stables and a hay store. The property has an OCA code for 5 horses in place.

A door takes us into a hallway where there are 3 bedrooms, one of which is the master with en-suite bathroom, Jacuzzi bath and patio doors to the pool area. At the end of the corridor there is an office and a bathroom with shower that leads to a utility room and access to a fenced area used as a run for the cats and a door at the end leading to the parking area.
