Access to the property can be done by three different entrances. It is formed by two rooms, completely set and decorated by the owner who is a guitarist and collector of this art.
Apart from these areas, there are several storage rooms, a pool and an independent studio at the same level as the flamenco bar, but on the other side of the house, there where the pool and its terrace and shower is located.
