Large semi-detached house located in one of the best residential areas of Mijas Costa, in the center of Las Lagunas, where despite being in a quiet area, it has all the services within walking distance, and the beautiful beaches of Fuengirola less 5 minutes by car.

When we enter through the main entrance we enter a large west-facing porch that is ideal to enjoy it both with the afternoon sun in winter, and to take the cool in the summer nights.

And to finish with the icing on the cake, we have the large solarium terrace, ideal for celebrating parties with friends, making barbecues, sunbathing.
