La Rosuela is a spacious South African wooden lodge of 250m2built on land of 36,000m2 bordering the Sierra de las Nieves natural park and the river Turon. The views are of breath taking beauty year round.
The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, entrance hall, rustic style kitchen, and large lounge with fireplace. There is a large covered terrace with BBQ area and a swimming pool.
The land is fenced and contains mainly olive and almond trees together with some fig and apples. The house is fully self sufficient in water and electricity through solar panels and a well with water in abundance. The construction is totally legal with Licencia de Obra and 1:a Ocupación from Ardales Town Hall.
There are three stables with the possibility to build another nine. The existing owners idea was to create a horse centre with trekking in the surrounding countryside. The property could also be used as a camping site or any type of sports club business.
It should be mentioned that La Rosuela is situated within easy reach of the famous new Camino del Rey and the lakes of El Chorro and that Ardales.
The property is less than one hours drive from Malaga and only 5 kms from the village of Ardales with all amenities, restaurants, bars and medical facilities.
